- clear_table_filter Remove one filter category from a visible table. If a call returns table_missing, table_hidden, or table_read_only, follow recovery_guidance and the live available_tables snapshot rather than repeating discovery or the failed call. Never substitute another dataset without user confirmation. Rebuild a call at most once after the target becomes available; if it fails again, explain the blocker.
- clear_table_filters Remove all user-applied filters from a visible table (locked filters are preserved). Sort, grouping, and columns are unchanged.
- edit_procurement_report Edit sections of the live procurement report draft WITHOUT saving. Requires execution_id and expected_editor_revision from get_procurement_report_editor. Apply at most 20 edits per call; read again before each additional batch. Update only the requested sections; omitted header/body fields and all other sections are preserved. Preserve source citations and links. Put section headings in header, not body_markdown. Insert after a stable ID, or at the start with after_stable_id=null. Remove deletes only that section. Edits apply atomically and fail if the user changed the draft since your read. Read again after a conflict. Never claim changes are saved; the user reviews the editor and clicks Save.
- get_current_page_context Read the page the user is currently viewing in Ramp: path, title, context_version, functional_client_tools, and any capabilities currently registered by that page. Use this again after navigation or after a table/form tool reports that its target is unavailable. Leave kinds and ids blank to get all registered page capabilities.
- get_form_schema Read the schema of a form open on the user's screen: fields with labels, kinds, current values, validation errors, and selectable options (option tokens). A form is open ONLY when it is listed as a `form` surface in the current page context (the page_capabilities hint sent with the message, or get_current_page_context). If no `form` surface is listed, no form is open — there is nothing to read, so do not call this. Call it before filling a listed form. Omit form_id only for initial discovery when exactly one form is open and no intended form_id is already known. Keep using the intended form_id after failures; never omit or replace it to recover from a closed-form error.
- get_procurement_report_editor Read the procurement report open in the fullscreen editor, including unsaved changes, section stable IDs, and editor_revision. Read before editing. The execution_id comes from the procurement_agent_report_editor page capability. This is the report, not the agent instructions or request fields.
- get_skill_editor_state Read the live state of the skill editor open on the user's screen: editor kind, name, description, read-only reference material, and the full document as markdown, including unsaved edits. Call this before editing so you work with the user's current draft rather than the last saved version.
- get_spend_program_editor_state Read the live state of the spend program editor open on the user's screen: program shape, every settings section in the shape set_spend_program_settings accepts, the names and available choices behind referenced ids (policies, merchant categories, accounting coding), approval and change request workflow pointers, custom request form questions (intake) and change order form questions (change_request_intake, purchase order programs only) with their ids, and editor_revision. Includes unsaved edits. Call this before the first write and again after a revision conflict.
- get_table_state Get the current state of a visible table: active filters, sort, grouping, column order/visibility, plus the valid sort keys, group-by fields, and columns for this table. Call this before changing table config. Only works on operable tables (isOperable: true from list_page_tables); read-only tables have no config to inspect — use read_table_rows for their data.
- group_table Group a visible table's rows by a field. Valid fields come from get_table_state availableGroupByFields.
- list_page_tables List the data tables mounted on the page the user is viewing, with their table keys, labels, and row counts. isVisible: false means the table is not currently rendered (on a hidden tab or collapsed section) — reading or changing it is refused until the user brings it into view, so ask them to switch to it first. isOperable: false means the table is read-only (no toolbar): read_table_rows still works, but filter/sort/group/column tools are refused. Use a returned tableKey with the other table tools.
- list_table_filter_options Search the available options for one listbox filter category (e.g. merchants, users, departments). Use before set_table_filter when the option set is not inline in list_table_filters.
- list_table_filters List the filter categories available on a visible table: key, label, kind (listbox, date_range, currency, free_text, amount_form, locked), selection type, whether exclude is supported, inline options for closed sets, and current values.
- prepare_spend_program_workflow_edit Save current questions as a draft before using them in Blank Canvas workflow conditions. Requires expected_editor_revision from a fresh get_spend_program_editor_state read. Use form="request" for approval workflows and form="change_request" for dedicated change request workflows. Change request preparation saves the request form first. Await success, then pass the returned template_id and custom_form_collection_log_entry_uuid to GetBlankCanvasConditionFields and ApplyBlankCanvasWorkflowEdits. The template_id is resolved after preparation; use it instead of earlier editor or autosave pointers. Prepare again after question edits; discard cached condition fields when the returned revision changes. On failure, reread the editor and prepare again rather than falling back to published questions. Does not save or publish the program or edit the workflow.
- read_table_rows Read the rows currently displayed on the table page (current page only, visible columns only, values formatted the way the user sees them). Use this to answer questions about the data the user is looking at. Works on any visible table, including read-only (isOperable: false) tables with no toolbar. The only optional row-count field is "max_rows" (1-50); never send limit, offset, count, page_size, cursor, or pagination aliases. Results are capped; check "truncated".
- reset_table_columns Reset a visible table's columns to their default visibility and order.
- reset_table_filters Reset a visible table's filters to their configured defaults — the same state as when the page first loads.
- search_field_options Search the selectable options of a select or multiselect field on a form listed as a `form` surface in the current page context. Use this to resolve a real option token when the inline options in get_form_schema were truncated or did not match. When has_more_options is true, refine the query until the intended option is returned.
- set_form_fields Fill fields on a form open on the user's screen. Only usable when a `form` surface is listed in the current page context; read it first with get_form_schema. Values must match the field kind from get_form_schema; select fields take an option token and multiselect fields take an array of option tokens. Returns validation errors so you can self-correct. Changed fields are highlighted for the user and can be undone. Never claim to submit the form — ask the user to review the highlighted fields and submit.
- set_skill_editor_fields Edit the skill editor open on the user's screen. Sets the name (when is_skill_name_editable), description, and/or replaces the document body markdown in the live editor WITHOUT saving. Content replaces require the editor_revision from a fresh get_skill_editor_state read and are rejected if the user edited in between. Never claim to have saved — ask the user to review the editor and save.
