Edit the skill editor open on the user's screen. Sets the name (when is_skill_name_editable), description, and/or replaces the document body markdown in the live editor WITHOUT saving. Content replaces require the editor_revision from a fresh get_skill_editor_state read and are rejected if the user edited in between. Never claim to have saved — ask the user to review the editor and save.
