Reset a visible table's columns to their default visibility and order. If a call returns table_missing, table_hidden, or table_read_only, follow recovery_guidance and the live available_tables snapshot rather than repeating discovery or the failed call. Never substitute another dataset without user confirmation. Rebuild a call at most once after the target becomes available; if it fails again, explain the blocker.
