Check that the Revstake draft's treasury is a 2-of-3 Safe that works, from three of its Base transactions: one receiving USDC, one receiving REGENT and one the Safe executed. Each is a transaction hash. Off the test network a Revstake launch needs this check first. Nothing is sent to a wallet. The result is the outcome (verified or not_verified) and a message.
